Kris Jenner Lists L.A. Home Featured on ‘Keeping Up with the Kardashians’ for .5M

It’s the end of an era for the Kardashian-Jenner family.

Matriarch and momager Kris Jenner, 69, has officially listed the iconic Los Angeles area home that served as the backdrop for the family’s first show together, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, for more than ten years.

Longtime fans of the series will immediately recognize the lavish spaces where a number of dramatic and heartfelt scenes unfolded between Kris and her six children: Kourtney Kardashian, 45, Kim Kardashian, 44,  Khloe Kardashian, 40, Rob Kardashian, 37, Kendall Kenner, 29, and Kylie Jenner, 27.

The 8,860-square-foot property is officially on the market for $13.5 million. Located in Hidden Hills, the sprawling abode features six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Kris purchased the property in 2010 for $4 million, according to property records.

Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California currently holds the listing

While Kris reportedly spent millions renovating the property over the years, she is ready to hand over the keys to someone new, the New York Times reports.

“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” she told the outlet.

Looking inside the home, fans will instantly be able to place the famous double staircase in the foyer — where Kris once brought home a pig for Kylie and she hilariously mistook it for a chicken — along with the black-and-white tiled floors that extend into the kitchen.

As for the backyard — equipped with a pool and outdoor seating area with a fireplace — fans may recognize it as the spot where many extravagant parties hosted by the family were held.

The E! series ran from 2007 to 2021 for 20 seasons. Hulu announced that it would be producing a new show starring the famous family, The Kardashians, which premiered in 2022.

After finalizing her divorce in 2015 from retired Olympic athlete Caitlyn Jenner, who publicly came out as transgender that same year, Kris had transferred the property over to a family trust, according to the New York Times

There is currently no one living in the home, and interested buyers can even purchase it fully furnished for an extra $400,000, per the outlet.

Kris had another home located in the Hidden Hills neighborhood, but she sold it for $15 million in 2020, PEOPLE reported at the time.  That six-bedroom, eight-bathroom abode — which sits just across the street from daughter Kim’s family home was reportedly purchased by Katharina Harf — the daughter of Coty, Inc. CEO Peter Harf, whose beauty company acquired Kylie Cosmetics for $600 million in 2019.
